Sitting here reflecting on all the colleagues that have modeled what being a good colleague means. How they have made an impact on me as a scholar, peer, and person. To know just how fortunate you are to have so many amazing people in your tribe is truly awe inspiring

Graduation is a special, happy time. It is always a reminder of the privilege of a professional life with wonderful students - these two women being among the very best. I am grateful all of my students over the years. Thank you for being the embodiment of hope for the future.

Today was a heavy day. Im tired just from living it. Dad misses Mom so much. Everyone should be as loved as she was by him. The tenderness he showed her in her last days was so sweet. Im glad I was there to see it. This anniversary is complicated for me.
