I'm surprised by media and government leaders who have mistaken a ceasefire and prisoner swap for peace. And, as usual, Hamas manages to do something that will justify the continuation of the war: summarily and publicly murdering its opponents.
Hamas is summarily publicly executing Palestinians today. This is not the behavior of a group that is planning to voluntarily disarm and surrender. The west can naively believe this war is over if it would like. But it’s not.
