Lovely to be in Mulligan’s of Amsterdam last night & catch up with my old pal @vlacken (the Glen Hansard lookalike on guitar). Can’t believe it’s 30 years ago since I used to see him play at the White Horse in Dublin.

In the heart of Tuscany's Cinque Terre lies Riomaggiore, a picturesque village with a timeless beauty. For this shot I used a Nikkor 14-24mm lens at it's widest, my back pressed against a wall of a house on the opposite side of the bay. I was lucky to get it all in the frame.

Communities in the Muzarabani District in Zimbabwe had been forced to collect unsafe water from a nearby river. Together with @ZrcsRed and @PunainenRisti the community has now developed a safe and sustainable water source.

.@MalawiRedCross have set up temporary hand washing stations at a border crossing point between Malawi and Zambia to reduce the transmission of #Cholera between the borders. Handwashing with soap or with chlorinated water is highly effective in reducing the risk of cholera.
