.@ATT I'm a 30+ year loyal customer. I just spent over 30 min on the phone with the loyalty dept because my tv/internet bill went up by 35%. Essentially they said there is nothing they can do. That is pretty sad. I'll be evaluating other options now unless someone can help.

.@ATTHelp Right now I've found it impossible to reach anyone. I tried calling and the system says wait times are too long and it hangs up. I tried tweeting, and it says DM us, and then no one answers the DM; I tried chatting, and it says call the 800 number, which hangs up.
