Is there a refunds fraud at iRCTC. In the last 6 months, 2 of my refunds were not received and I’m not getting any help from iRCTC support or my bank. Each one pointing fingers. @AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial @StanChartIN

@airindiaexpress has refunded but did not refund seat booking fee. @makemytrip You too should refund the convenience fee. DGCA mandates that if a booking is canceled within 24 hours - passengers should be given a refund. All global platforms refund it. @DGCAIndia

All airlines have to do a full refund in case of cancellations within 24 hours of booking. #AirIndiaExpress does not refund full amount. #MakeMyTrip does not have this as a default option in the app. #AirSewa #DGCA #Tata @DGCAIndia
