Won a nice little bit here on @888casino and they are deciding not to release my winnings, spoke to them on live web chat, complained, verified more ID even though it’s clearly my account and still not been paid! Absolute joke! I think the @financialombuds needs to look into it

I’ve been threatened and told that if it’s not paid by 4pm tomorrow I loose my deposit and the holiday cancels! What kind of company is this! I think the @financialombuds @TUIUK needs to see this! You should be ashamed of yourself, depriving a family from a holiday

So @TUIUK think they can steal my deposit as they are trying to say I needed to pay a further £100 after I had already put my £400 deposit down and paid £100 to change the dates of the holiday due to my son being and wanting to add him on for his first holiday
