All thread participants will be on the reply with the results. Also, once the reply is received, you no longer need to hashtag new photos added to the thread, since you'll be replying to the @vision_api account.

Because of the reply/recursion, you can add #vision_api to any reply, and you'll be notified when the service tells you about the photo in the thread.

You do not need to use both the @vision_api account and #vision_api hashtag. One or the other will work the same.

2) Add the account @vision_api in the tweet text instead of the hashtag. This acts exactly the same as option 1.

1) Simply add the hashtag #vision_api on any new tweet or reply. If the tweet has an image attached, that is the image that will be observed. If the tweet is a reply, then we search up the entire thread looking for photos.
