Wen u trek 30 kms from Gulabgarh to Mata temple and have darshans after that tiring trek , the feeling is just out of the world. No words to explain the divinity. My two treks in November 2005 and June 2006 are still the most beautiful and divine memories of my life.

Overloading in hilly districts is an issue. People generally talk about shortage of vehicles. We have been requesting people to come forward to enter business for providing transport in such areas. We shall continue action against violators and try to enhance transport also.

One good thing i see during these checking drives is installation of crash barriers . Crash barrier installation is one safe road furniture.
On the directions of @vishesh_jk sir MVD Kishtwar led by MVI Robin,conducted two different Naka at Bindraban & on Kishtwar-Paddar road.During the naka,issued e challan to 45 vehicles for different traffic violations,fine amount Rs 81700. One vehicle without fitness also seized.

Once again reiterating it. Idea is simple . Applicant shld use our user friendly online applications/ services. And any middle man is not required. In case of trouble be at our offices and connect to RTO/ ARTO.
To further streamline the functioning of RTO/ ARTO offices RTO jammu has issued this circular.Shall be done in all offices. Only applicants in person shall be allowed. No representative. In case u are physically unfit only then a representative in blood relation be allowed.
