While my wife and son were in a hotel and with uncertainty of when they would be able to proceed, BA’s agents went above and beyond in making sure my wife and son were able to travel as soon as we had made alternate arrangements for documentation.

My wife and son could not proceed to their destination transiting via London as they did not have the requisite travel documentation in hand. Although we had expected a renowned shipping provider to deliver the documentation in time, they failed.

Doesn’t help get the package on time and get my family on its way. If there is a way you can get them the package and/or present options on making this right lets DM

The mental toll this is taking and not to mention the cost of hotel and food and everything else. @fedex Please dont ask me to DM if you cannot offer anything else other than words “We are sorry” “we know this is frustrating” blah blah blah

Package is still sitting in Memphis TN per FedEx Intl. FedEx website says ETA is End of day delivery in London. Best case scenario delivery on Monday if it gets out of US Today. Due to FedEx lack of meeting their own SLA dont know how many days wife and son have to be in a hotel
