So now, all messages from the feedback form appear in a private group, accessible only by authorized employees who are ready to respond to them promptly. This is just a small part of the functionality that will be associated with bots. Stay tuned for new, non-standard ideas!:)

And so, drum roll, we decided to use a Telegram bot to send messages to our group from the feedback form. It's been a very exciting experience—not difficult, but certainly very interesting. :)

During our correspondence with the service's support team—which spanned a couple of days—we came up with the idea of using a slightly unusual variant for this one. :)

We selected a service whose pricing we were happy with, but it turned out we couldn't use it because we lacked a user agreement and a checkbox for users to indicate their consent to receive emails from us.

This story began about a month ago when we were busy adding a feedback form to our website. Initially, it was supposed to be a routine task, but we opted to use services that offer APIs for sending emails.

I want to test this way of communicating with ChatGPT, and if it always or almost always works, it can be considered a victory :)

Then I fed him a link to the library repository to implement this functionality, then added an example of using the library and finally asked him to implement the functionality on the basis of what I sent him, and he did it :)

I had to implement a parser in Rust, which takes a PDF file and pulls a picture out of it. At first I asked ChatGPT to give me the code to do this, and he couldn't.

It turns out you can teach ChatGPT, and then it will give you the answer you want based on what you taught it
