It's not often we reach out to ask our network to repost and share our latest resource set - but we think these curated confirmation resources are pretty special; and just can't sit hidden online waiting for people to find them. #Confirmation

The theme for the First Sunday of Advent is HOPE. When sharing the hope of Advent, it's important to understand that our hope goes way deeper than hoping to get nice things for Christmas. The hope of Advent is trusting in the promise that one day we will meet Jesus face to face.

Enjoying the 40th anniversary of #LiveAid. Takes me back! But I have to ask why is it that 40yrs on when there is enough food produced in the world are so many still starving? #foodpoverty

O Holy Spirit, illuminate my mind and warm my heart, that I may discern the path of holiness to which the Lord calls me. Help me to listen to the voice of God in stillness and attention, recognizing His presence in my daily life. May I grow in friendship with Jesus, Amen

A beautiful prayer posture to try when praying to the Holy Spirit is to open our hands. Encourage children to “Think about receiving a gift”. If you are praying with children at Pentecost, why not give this a try?

Your plan is better than anything else Lord. Help me to trust in you. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.

There's been a lot of commentary about Pope Francis and his successor. I urge you all not to look at online lists and speculation and leave it in the hands of the Holy Spirit. At best it's click bait, at worst it is politicking. I loved Pope Francis, and will miss him.

Your Holy Week Mark 10 Mission is to be with Jesus at the cross. ✝️ At Mass or in quiet prayer, picture Him there and speak to Him in your heart. Share a prayer as He gives His life to take away the sins of the world. #Mark10Mission #HolyWeek #Mission #Gospel

This recognition of our Lord's love turned Peter towards redemption, and sadly Judas turned away in shame, prevented from recognizing Jesus' love. We just need to turn towards him and ask for his forgiveness.

Jesus loves us all, even Judas. How amazing was it that Jesus called him, "Friend" in a gentle way. And he looked with love at Peter through the courtyard after he disowned him. The big difference between the two of them, is one of them realized Jesus loves him no matter what.

In front of the angry crowd, the woman felt afraid and ashamed. But when she looked into Jesus’ eyes, everything changed. How did the woman feel in front of the angry crowd? When she looked at Jesus's face, how was it different to the others? #Mark10Mission #Scripture
