What's the best movie based in Delhi. Not about Delhi just shot there. Rang De Basanti has to be up there surely. Band Baaja Baaraat a worthy candidate. I like Delhi-6 but not Abhishek Bachchan. Deserved a better star cast. Dil Se is more North East I feel than Delhi
