he didn't even just say free Palestine. he addressed his speech to migrants, to those under occupation. he said Nigeria, Sudan, and DR Congo as well. across the board the broadcasters were committed to making sure that we know how they feel about Black and non white suffering.
With a two-hour delay, the BBC could’ve removed the N-word slur from its BAFTA coverage, and chose not to. Meanwhile, it cut Akinola Davies Jr saying “Free Palestine”. A clear editorial decision driven by fear of pro-Israel lobby groups. Shame on them.

Black neurodivergent people are more likely to be harmed because of the intersection of their identities. Learning about Tourettes doesn't just benefit the white man who is at the centre of this controversy but it also benefits BIPOC folks who also struggle with it.
The oversimplification with this situation is what also happens to Black people with Coprolalia. Their outbursts are often simplified to home bringing and other preconceived notions rooted in racial biases thus resulting in harsher treatment. It’s in everyone benefit to
