This is fascinating, and as someone who learned to love gardening during the pandemic, I think we can always use more trees. The oleander in Cannes was beautiful during @EthCC this week, as were the Jacarandas last month in Lisbon during @NFCsummit.
I’m not against air conditioning. It’s useful, and sometimes necessary, especially when other solutions aren't yet in place or take time to build. But relying on AC as the main strategy to cool down cities is not innovative. It's a shortcut. And one that often makes the problem
