My most daring expedition as a journalist?.This trip to Boue town in Rivers State. Humanangle commissioned me in 2023 to cover this story. It was my first investigative piece. I had to interview 50 locals. No security, just my camera, and a translator. Thankful for growth

Osamede is coming.

I have always been intrigued by the Catholic Women Organization (CWO). When I was developing this story and needed to infuse a church group. Boom! They came to my head. I also feel they have been under-represented. Visually— their attires, uniformed, pew chairs. I am excited.

My time as a Minority Africa Fellow comes to an end. I worked on two stories within 6 months. 1st- An Orisha Priestess overcoming societal discrimination. 2nd- The invasion- Illegal harassment of queer students in a priv uni in Nigeria. Looking forward to the next challenge.

How many years now? Been dropping back to back. INDEPENDENTLY. Work rate is unmatched. My brain and muscles ache already. Low key, won’t be a bad time for God and a few good men to say “Oya, you have tried, come join us on the table”.
