Why must the BEE laws be amended yet again? Why can’t Starlink follow the route of Microsoft/IBM/JP Morgan by providing equity equivalents if it doesn’t to dilute its local ownership?
I should have commented here as I did elsewhere that Iam not fighting BEE, and that Starlink could be allowed by amending our laws to make exceptions where this is merited.
