We woke to heartbreaking news. Bernie Delia, our friend of over 20 years and an essential cog in @CapitalPrideDC, passed away. We just saw Bernie down at Pride, and @toddfranson got this perfect shot, capturing his joyful spirit, and, most of all, his absolute pride. RIP Bernie.
