Had a great day as a teacher/trainer. Received 3 compliments on a single day from midwifery and 6th form students. Getting ready for the all day laparoscopic training next week for Registrars. No limits, no boundaries for training!

Couldn’t agree more. Somehow this isn’t seen as a national emergency. Primary care metrics probably look similar, and if you match that with all the recent surveys about staff planning to leave the NHS you have a perfect storm.
The NHS is completely BROKEN It WASNT broken by COVID/Ukraine/inflation(*delete excuse) It was broken by deliberate CHOICES to break it RT if you want this/next government to make CHOICES to properly fund the NHS, reward its staff & provide better healthcare for UK population
