Can’t reiterate this enough.
Never forget how biased media & Boeing aficionados tried to push the blame for 737 Max on Lion Air & Ethiopian pilots till evidence hit them on the nose. It is far too early, indeed malicious, to blame pilots of AI171. Let AAIB do its work. GoI must ensure zero interference.

As expected, the preliminary investigation report on #AI171 crash is not very encouraging and raises many questions. It seems increasingly clear that equipment failure could be conveniently blamed on pilot error. Also, leaks to select media before official release is questionable.

Today’s flight was on @IndiGo6E VT-IWU which entered service just in Feb 2025. Crazy weather and the seat belt sign came on for 6-7 times in the flight. Captain Mohit Bharti and crew were excellent! Warned about mild / moderate turbulence during descent. Glad to be back on ground

I have realized that I am ok with turbulence with visibility outside as you have a sense of orientation. What I am not with is poor visibility and dense clouds and CAT without warning! Another flight in the monsoon weather and the turbulence wasn’t too bad.
