@Swiggy @SwiggyCares ₹66 instead of ₹249 plus ₹100. While this may sound cheap, that I’m asking for a mere ₹300, there is a terrible lack of accountability here that I can’t look away from. @Swiggy, utterly disappointed.

@Swiggy I was promised reimbursement for my order and a Rs.100 coupon if I didn’t cancel my order after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, by @SwiggyCares’ agents. But they refused to initiate the reimbursement until after the delivery. After delivery, the agent says they’ll give me ₹66

Now it says I might get my order by 9.39pm. And somehow because apparently the @Swiggy system has “dynamic” timelines and “auto-assigns” the time, it’s supposed to be blindly accepted by us. A tad bit unfair, no?

They said I can’t cancel without losing all of my money though it’s nearly a 100% increase in time. Then they promised it would reach by 9.20 (multiple times) and everything is going “as per the timeline”, which was already conveniently changed by @Swiggy already.

Placed an order at 8.15pm today. @Swiggy showed estimated time for delivery 30-35 minutes just before I paid. It changed to 65 minutes after I paid. Got on a chat with an agent, turns out @SwiggyCares doesn’t actually care.
