I just finished "To Be a Friend" and what a good watch. However, I think Fola's character wasn't properly written. There was no tangible justification for her actions. None whatsoever.

Putting this here so I can quote during my CTB:. The stress I went through yesterday just to get my Bencher's form signed ehn? . We walked from CMS to Igbosere despite the rain and there was no single Bencher in site. This is the side of law no one talks about.

I want authors to know their characters can be weak especially female characters. Yes, she confronted a force bigger than her and yes she retreated. Yes, she felt fear when she was confronting the force. It is to be expected. Oga o.

Cast actors who have the essence of the character. Actors who understand that they're using their bodies as a tool to serve their roles - not just people who want to look pretty on screen. This is how you suspend disbelief.
