@NintendoAmerica @thetruebowser how exactly is this fair when the person who stole my Nintendo account didn't even access my email, which iirc is required to change the Nintendo account email address. Gmail gave me 0 notifications on random access requests at all (3/4).

I re-read the EULA ON THE SWITCH maybe 3-4 times, where exactly in the EULA does it mention that the account isn't mine?? Whoever hacked the account gets a free account with tons of games, a Nintendo sub and my switch gets bricked???? @NintendoAmerica how is this justice??.
