3 . pack your own lunch ! ! my go-to lunch is either an apple or grapes (80-100), a low carb tortilla (45) filled with lettuce (15), sliced ham (70), and a sometimes cheese (80) ! ! ending with 300ish calories for lunch ! !

2 . stay away from snacks ! if your school is like mine then you have vending machines EVERYWHERE ! ! its easy to keep away when i have to pay for the food but even when friends ask or share, try to say no ! !

1 . fruit ! so many fruits are low calorie and easy to find ! ! my favorites are grapes, strawberries, apples, and blueberries ! ! apples with cinnamon are my favorite breakfast for school days ! !
