So that’s that. What a season for the jnrs. 130+ members, not one Friday rained off & happy faces every wk since April. Hats off to the parents who commit every week, the coaches who give up their time for free & the bar & ground staff without whom things just wouldn’t happen

Great to put all the hard work in the winter into practice in an outdoor training session with the @StaffsCricket U13 & U15 girls squads. A main focus on fielding tonight, followed by middle practice. Massive thanks to @uttoxetercc for hosting us 🏏

Sometimes the result isn’t important. 11 lads with no experience of U15s; 6 who’ve never played before. Batted out the overs, took 5 wickets, brilliant in the field & team spirit in abundance. Hats off to @Tamworthcricket worthy winners & as ever, great hosts #CricketWasTheWinner
