I too have the same experience with target gift card and target customer care is not helping me. They are disconnecting my call without resolution. #Targetgiftcardscam @Target @TargetNews
If you bought gift cards at Target on Azusa and Amar please check your target gift card bar codes. Some of them may be fraudulent. Thieves put fake bar codes over the original bar codes and when they are scanned the money goes into their bar code instead of yours. @626westcovina
