Live-Work Townhomes, usually Don't increased building cost, poor commercial location, too small space for office-retail, etc. A nice theory, but avoid the experiment. Shown: All vacant LW commercial, SW Michign city.

The Bliss Store, an American classic. Founded c 1870 by 2 Civil War veterans & brothers. Bliss, NE MI lower peninsula- 70 miles north Traverse City. Worth the visit!
