Of all the traits that I have seen in elite players aiming to be the best versions of themselves, accountability is the most prominent. Find someone to hold you accountable along every step of your journey. Most importantly, learn to be accountable to yourself! #accountable.

Elite coaches I've worked alongside at a senior level, never spoke too much during a session, they set up the session, mapped out what the session entailed, and then sat back and let the players express themselves, intermittent feedback, then positive reinforcement. Simple.#coach.

I held a speech at an elite sports school in Sydney yesterday. It's interesting to see how many kids only know about D1. That's their end goal. When I spoke about the success of my clients across D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO, they realised that it's not "D1 or bust".
