On the 9-day adventures we visit Baghdad, Samarra, Babylon, the Shia holy sites at Karabala and Najaf, the ancient remains of Uruk and Ur, Basra and the Southern Marshlands. Next departures October this year & March 2026.

In April 2026 we’re launching a new look Afghan in 10 days route, which adds Herat onto our traditional 9-day route. We also visit Kabul, Bamian Province, Band e Amir, Mazar e Sharif, Balkh & drive the Salang Pass. More info ⬇️.

In November we’re taking a group on a 10-day trip through Pakistan’s least visited and largest province - Balochistan. We spend time driving the dramatic Makran Coastal Highway, visit the Hingol National Park, Quetta, ride the Bolan Pass train + more ⬇️.
