Back to school! Unity MFL Staff have been hard at work getting GCSE Predicted grades ready for our Year 11s. Lots of online learning has been sent out to pupils in all year groups as well. Some brilliant work has been going on! Well done everyone! #lockdownUK

I’m really excited at how French across the Trust will share the same curriculum content but individual schools and teachers will retain autonomy of how to teach the components- with nods towards best practice and research though! 👍🏻 #collaboration #curriculum

Really interesting document- recommended reading! Interesting that the mean mark in Higher Listening is 25/50 which is unsurprisingly, the lowest of the 4 skills. It's the lowest at F too. HOW many times must teachers say that the Listening exam is too difficult? #MFLTwitterati

Did you know that The Queen speaks fluent French, and personally checks the menus at Buckingham Palace? And that Prince Philip is an excellent German speaker too? It is thought that the Cambridge children are learning Spanish from their nanny, Maria. #EuropeanDayofLanguages
