It’ll trap moisture & can cause it to crumble or GROW MOLD!! You should not coat with any products that contain plastics. So self sealing stains won’t even work. Unicorn SPiT is plastics free!! Krystine did this entire fireplace with a little less that 4oz of Midnights Blackness
