@OctopusEnergy IOG gives Octopus control. If they want *us* to be in control thats fine, but they can't have both. As a user with 2 cars, there is no config available for me to configure it. I am happy with a 6 hour limit, but don't act like Octopus aren't supposed to be in control

@OctopusEnergy I am also annoyed by the "If we need more that 6 hours to hit the limit". Charge as little or as often as you want *6 hour max is fine" but if I hit the 6 hour limit don't keep charging as a bump charge. Just stop charging 2/?

Confused by @OctopusEnergy's email re IOG. The suggestion that "scheduling more inevitably drives up the cost" is weird given they control the charge schedule. Just don't schedule it when its expensive. People using IOG are expecting Octopus to control the charge schedule 1/?

Tesla's are great cars, but I am a little bored of people talking as if Lane Keep Assist and Adaptive Cruise control are some sort of amazing Tesla only features. Many cars made in the last 5/10 years have these features too

People with model 3s (2021-2024 models) if I am going to get a used one as a first-time tesla what should I look out for in the uk. Likely buying direct from tesla. What features are good/bad/indiff etc @sarah_go_green @evmanuk

Looking at what car will be the replacement for me e-Niro (2019) when the lease runs out in August. I have come to the sad conclusion that it is probably going to have to be a used Model 3. I can't really justify the cost of anything else in comparison :'(

Things I hadn't heard people with AC based heating discuss. Balancing the system. It has taken a few days for us to figure out how to get the ducted loft unit and the ductless wall unit to play nice together (they are attached to the same outdoor unit).

Disappointed that the toshiba AC ducted units have no way of reporting energy use, and that non of their domestic units apparently give any data on heat output energy for SCOP/SEER measurements
