if ang goal is to actually help or correct, then the approach matters. being aggressive or humiliating a child online doesn’t fix anything. there’s a difference between holding someone accountable and completely tearing them down.

i’ve been seeing the situation about the 13 yr old posting about smoking and/or other vices, and i think two things can be true at once. 1st: it’s valid to say that it’s not okay. posting things like that publicly, especially at that age, can be harmful and influence others. (1)
