This is crazy. I checked out of this hotel on Jan 17. Stayed 2 nights. Hotel seemed very empty but it’s also January in Minnesota, so didn’t know what to make of it. TBH, all seemed completely quiet and normal
NEW: I’m told multiple ICE agents with rooms booked at the St. Paul Downtown Doubletree by Hilton received this notice today that their rooms are being cancelled & the hotel will temporarily close “due to heightened public safety concerns in St. Paul.” I called the hotel &

Not a lot of people know that feral zebras roam the central coast of California. They were released from Hearst Castle circa 1953 and now inhabit a 120 square mile area of Big Sur. In 2011, the zebra herd numbered 80 and as of 2019, their numbers have grown to 126 Photo by me
