4/ Accrual-based accounting captures the COMPLETE picture of the lending pool by adding the interest "to be" paid by the borrowers. This lets stakeholders be aware of how the interest is accrued daily!

3/ It's clear that @BendDAO grew over the past year, based on the data but it's still essential to ensure the data we are looking at is the most reliable form of data. This is why we used accrual-based accounting for @BendDAO over cash-basis

2/ Income Statement: More $ETH for $veBEND holders 💰💰 -Interest Income: increased by 50% over the year *Interest income is the income shared with $veBEND holders from the interest margin from the difference between interest paid by borrowers - interest given to depositors

1/ Balance Sheet: Growth for all 🌱 -Lending pool increased by 6x over the year = more depositing in the game -Amount of loans borrowed increased by 162% = more borrowing in the game -Retained Earning increase by 3x= more earnings for stakeholders
