Air India services to the commuters have deteriorated beyond imagination. Even genuine complaints are not heard. Jigar'sluggages badly damaged with no regrets even of staff. Authorities are requested to respond to save their sanctity or else customers may seek Courts help.
This is an extremely sad affair. Looks like Air India still works under the old regime( license Raj). Their unapologetic behaviour and apathy towards customers will not be tolerated. #airindia.
