Really? Why is Google not updating the best community platform that's actually powering millions out there?

I am asking why there is no update to the Blogger platform? When we now have AI to make plugins, themes, layouts, and many features without any extra cost, doesn't Google have at least just one person to code things for Blogger, one of the biggest blogging platforms in the world?
