A shocking incident occurred at PHC Chhainsa under AIIMS Delhi on Dec 5 around 10pm, an intern posted in emergency duty was physically assaulted. Despite govt. directive to file an institutional FIR within 6 hrs, it has still not been filed till now. @aiims_newdelhi
