Bank of Baroda Internet platform does not enable transaction by laptop. They say use desktop!!! What a stupid answer instead of setting their net banking in order they want customers to buy a desktop!!! Bank of Baroda is shameless and they do not respond to complain mail!!!.

What does one do with Bank of Baroda -their net banking is trash-unable to open beneficiaries accounts since 5 days-unable to make net transfers to utilities. Affecting business badly. There is no help line!! It’s unfortunate that BoB merged with the efficient Vijaya Bank!!!.

Services in Bank of Baroda has become terrible-have a current company a/c & it’s more than 4 mts 2 activate netbanking despite branch sending regular reminders 2 whosoever in A’bad Regret Vijaya Bank got merged to this inefficient BOB. Certainly I am not alone in this plight.

Foreign student though have GOI permission to open a NRO a/c in their name, Bank of Baroda system is not permitting to link a/c to their mobile phone as it insists Aadhar card No. despite the fact that foreigners are not entitled for Aadhar registration!!! Can the top mgt help?.

The ATMs of Bank of Baroda is always out of cash -this is terrible as customers have to pay charges if they have to operate ATM at other Banks ATMs. The services at all BOB has come down-the friendliness of Vijaya Bank has completely vanished. Hope the Chairman will read this.

ATMs at most branches of Bank of Baroda in Bangalore is a joke -it’s always out of money and branch managers are helpless. Can RBI look into this as one has to pay for the services for using other Bank ATMs.
