UPDATE: NJ District Court GRANTED Mahmoud Khalil's request to lift domestic travel restrictions imposed on him by conditions of his bail (int'l travel still restricted + other stipulations). The court has also DENIED the government's request for GPS or electronic monitoring.
NEW: Mahmoud Khalil is asking the court to lift the travel restrictions imposed on him since his 6/20 release so that he can attend oral argument in his case in Philly, accept invitations to events, travel with family, and attend dental apptmnts. Govt response due tmrw 9:00 a.m.
