Something curious I covered the other day: A company now has FDA clearance to treat stress with videogames that use its biofeedback SDK. It wants to connect game developers to the healthcare economy—ie, your insurance could one day cover videogames.

Visited Firaxis earlier this month to play Civilization 7 and was happy to find big changes, including some that'll probably be controversial. It wouldn't be a new Civ game if it didn't lead to a few 3,000-word strategy nerd essays about all its mistakes.

Surprised by this. When I last spoke to Rod Humble in April, he sounded confident that Life by You was ready to welcome early access players/modders. They'd made some graphics and performance improvements and were focused on bugs.
