The first time I ever queried back in 2016, I got an unprecedented amount of "too queer, too Asian, too foreign, too exotic,# but I think that the attitudes in publishing have changed (?). Does anyone have any queer/ BIPOC friendly agent suggestions?.#WritingCommunity #querying.

Truly, I never started writing more than when I realized that my blocks to writing weren't an issue of creativity, but circumstance (e.g. eating enough, sleeping enough, burn out, almost dying in pregnancy). Maybe you're not a failure. Maybe you just need a sandwich and a nap.
