The Texas State Board of Pharmacy will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday from Wednesday, November 26th through Friday, November 28th. The TSBP office will reopen on Monday, December 1st. Have a safe and happy holiday!

Veterinarian prescribers are ineligible to receive NPI numbers, and a DEA registration number would be an inappropriate substitute. Vets may provide their state license number instead. To recognize this exception, contact pharmacy IT or your prescription software vendor.
