We have no assurance that WOTC won't publish 6e under a restrictive license. People who want to keep an open TTRPG D&D community should join the playtest of THIRD PARTY systems committed to an open license like ORC, such as @KoboldPress 's project, INSTEAD of One D&D. #OpenDnD

I'm getting tired of people with "Judging everyone running back to D&D" takes. It's not about forgiving WotC. It's not about the "Dragon game" you love to hate. It's about being happy that third-party creators can keep doing their work. Stop being so miserable. Go touch grass.
