Still processing what I watched last night. Ohtani's performance is one of one. No player has ever hit three homers and struck out 10 in a game. His came in October. In a pennant clincher. Reggie Jackson and Bob Gibson in one package. Otherworldly.

Garrett on Browns fans' frustration: "Hell, we frustrated too," he said. "It's not like they can be any more frustrated than the people who are out there putting their body on the line and not winning."

Garrett did say he wished the Browns had run the ball more against the Steelers, better utilizing playmaking skills of Judkins and Sampson.

Garrett on criticism from fans and some media directed toward him following sack-less loss in Pitt: "I don't concern myself with the comments of people who don't play or don't watch the game enough to understand what's going on or what they do to try to stop or neutralize me."

Garrett didn't second-guess decision to trade Flacco, saying "maybe his style didn't fit us. All offenses are different, you've got to work with what you got."

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski sidestepped questions about Flacco, the trade, his alignment with front office. Can't say I blame him.
