So many people have tried to educate British people on the importance of The Good Friday agreement and hopefully Derry Girls has succeeded.

My neighbour’s funeral was this morning.
His family saw what I’d written and had invited me to it.
I was honoured to attend.
The girls cards were placed on the coffin for the entirety of the ceremony.
So he got them in the end.
After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.
When we go to tuck in our identical twin daughters before we go to bed they are, more often than not, sleeping in similar positions.
They are synchronised sleepers, something they’ve done since very young.
It never fails to amaze me.
My husband and I are going to the cinema tonight for my birthday.
We very rarely go out together.
We are getting a babysitter who knows our kids very well.
I’m writing out instructions....about our cat.
I made chocolate cupcakes. I gave one to my Donegal Dad and I love his way of asking for another one.
'That was a lovely wee bun. Now can I ask you this, are they scarce?'
They weren't. He got another one.
