Today I announced I was retiring as a Headteacher in the summer. Very mixed emotions ! 40th year in education and 26 as a HT , 22nd in current school!

Fundamentally Ofsted don’t care about teacher’s wellbeing. Their new reforms don’t show that they have listened to and acted upon the findings into their own internal inquest… I don’t think they are learning the lessons, so it will make workload go through the roof.” Well said
