Comic books and graphic novels are an amazing resource for teachers to help foster a love of reading for all students. The trick is learning how to properly utilize them! When all else fails, start by putting them into the hands of your kids - the rest will fall into place!

Salt Magic is a beautiful GN written by @hopelarson and elegantly drawn by @rebeccamock. It is a tale of magical realism set in middle America Post WWI - a coming of age story about a young girl tryin to save her family from a witch’s curse. Can’t wait to share with my students!
