I've wasted a week and £49, to try and do things the official way. And as such, I am left with no recourse than to encourage others to avoid @StormfrontAPR [4/4]

If I booked it through Stormfront's system initially, I'd feel different. Now, I am £49 lighter (it is non-refundable), and I have to take my machine to an actual Apple Store to get it for the quoted price of £199. [3/4]

The replacement cost is £319. But Apple's own website says £199 - https://t.co/U1vgC90mav "We're an authorised Apple Repair Centre, and that is our replacement cost". Well, I booked it through https://t.co/T0sAQT7mrE, and expected to pay Apple's costs. [2/4]

Never use Stormfront for your Apple Repairs. I booked a battery service, THROUGH https://t.co/T0sAQT7mrE, and they offered me to take it StormFront which was my closest store. I had to pay £49 up front, fine it's out of warranty. I get a phone call 5 days later. [1/4]

Not even had the @Samsung Z Fold 3 even a week, and got a dead zone. Phone has not been subject to dust or dirt. Please @SamsungUK tell me how this is "Fit for Purpose" as per Sale of Goods Act 1983, or how you will resolve this.🤔
