I talk a lot about the difference between motivation and discipline with my guys I train. Everyone I train has motivation. But the thing about motivation, there’s a shelf life. After day 4-5 that motivation is gone. But when you have discipline, you’re able to hold your self.

Had a lot of people reach out in regards to my grand pa he is doing better. He flipped his car a few times going 70.The fact that his injuries were only a few broken ribs and some bumps and bruises is a miracle. God protected him. When we talked he was still joking around 😂.

Got a ton of respect for Cody, he’s a great guy who made a simple mistake in front of millions. He also is a man who faced it and jogged off the field with his head held high.
I’ll never understand people boo’ing someone off the field for performance. 1) The guy already feels terrible. 2) He’s a person + it’s a game. 3) People act like kicking an egg shaped ball in the middle of winter through two poles 30 yards away is easy.
