Unfortunately, I still can't sit for long. It's also painful and uncomfortable to draw lying down, and I still haven't found a position to work more than 15 minutes without pain. I really hope that the new treatment will help me and I will be able to return to a normal life 🥲.

Status update: over the past month my lower back and leg pain have gotten much worse and in addition I got over covid 🤧 It's been a tough month. The good news is that I've finally been prescribed treatment other than painkillers and it's slowly starting to work!

If you have any advice on how to deal with this pain I will be very grateful because visiting doctors and prescribed treatment do not work I NEED HELP 😭.

Soooo I ended up getting a stupid back injury a while ago and now I'm living with progressive lower back pain. Sometimes I find myself in dumb physical therapy poses 🫡 . (I've never thought about how annoying it is when you can't move and even sit without pain)

Today we said goodbye to our lovely bird. She fought bravely against the disease but the disease was stronger. I just feel exhausted. Sometimes nothing works out, even if you put everything you have into it. I will return to work soon. Sorry for the delays
